Description
I enjoy the form of Barbarry Atlantean: it’s got so many rows of petals spilling up and out from its center that the tubes start to get a little squished as they run out of places to go. “Oh no, I’ve formed a complete sphere but I’m STILL OPENING!”
The color is difficult to describe — sort of a hot, dusky, saturated rose/lavender/raspberry, fading lighter at the edges. The plants are only around 3′ tall, but the abundant blooms are held on nice long stems above the foliage.
