Description
Carmen Fiesta is an eye-catching cut flower that also does well at shows. I would call it a tricolor dahlia, as the red-streaked petals blend from yellow at the center through pink at the tips. Sturdy 3.5′ plants produce an abundance of 6-7″ blooms on good stems all season long.
