Description
Pink RV is an adorable little variegated flower, pink with purple or dark red stripes. I’m not certain how to classify this one — it’s not listed in the ADS handbook and the form is like a miniature ball but with open, golden centers. Possibly just a ball dahlia that went open centered? As such, not for the show crowd, but it’s a wonderful cut or garden flower. It’s one of the first to open in my garden and is smothered in 3″ blooms on nice long stems all season long. The bees go crazy for it. Great tuber-producer, too.
